Kimberly's love of real estate was sparked at an early age when her parents bought their first investment property. But it would take many more years before she would choose to make real estate her full time focus. She began investing in real estate in the early 1990’s and has done it all, from being a landlord, to a property manager, and even the manager of a group of luxury international AirBNB’s. Her life has been one big adventure that has taken her across the globe. Kimberly has traveled extensively and lived as an expat for 8 years, building a happy life while raising her family in Mexico, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Spain, and Utah.

 After many adventure-filled years abroad, she relocated back home to Utah, USA in 2019. She is the mother of 3 sons, 1 daughter, and 3 step kids. Prior to her full time career in Real Estate she spent some time in television news, and worked as a promotional model. During her time abroad, she and her husband Danny built a 7 figure marketing business where she excelled as a video spokesperson, and super affiliate for various digital products. She has represented big name brands including Nokia, Pepsi, Toyota, Calvin Klein, Juicy Couture, Volvo Ocean Race, localrealtors.com, and many more.

She incorporates her 20+ years of experience in real estate, promotions, video, broadcasting and marketing into her career at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties to benefit her clients. It’s what she calls the “total package” and she is thrilled to have so much to offer.

Kimberly lives in Farmington with her husband Danny, son Preston, and daughter Kayla. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle, and is passionate about staying healthy, and cooking gourmet meals for her family. When she's not with clients, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband and children.
